My stay at the Hilton Hotel Guadalajara was a mix of highs and lows. The exceptional service from the staff truly made my experience memorable. They were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Special thanks to José and Silvia for their outstanding hospitality. The room I stayed in was clean, spacious, and featured a breathtaking city view from the 18th floor - absolutely stunning! However, the thin walls made it a bit noisy at times, which was a minor inconvenience. The hotel itself felt a bit dated but provided great value for money.I must say, the Los Vitrales restaurant was a highlight of my stay. The regional specialties like quesadillas were a delightful culinary experience, and the Sunday Brunch Buffet was a feast for the senses. I also appreciated the various amenities offered, such as the on-site spa for massages and body treatments, the health club, and the seasonal outdoor pool. The hotel's convenient location, adjacent to Expo Guadalajara and the World Trade Center, makes it an ideal choice for business travelers or those attending events in the area.While the hotel fell short in some areas, like the outdated decor and the slightly disappointing swimming pool, the overall experience was positive. I felt safe, comfortable, and well taken care of during my time at the Hilton Guadalajara. The friendly staff, delicious dining options, and convenient location definitely make it a worthwhile choice for future visits. Thank you for a memorable stay, Hilton Guadalajara - I will be back!
